The annual base membership fee is used to support the administrative and maintenance requirements of the Welches Water System. This base membership fee is billed yearly on July 1 and can be paid in-full or put on a quarterly billing cycle. Clicking “Subscribe” allows you to set up this fee as an automatic payment.
